TERMS & CONDITIONS: NEWBORNS

1. BOOKINGS: For all bookings, a $150 deposit is due at time of booking to secure your spot. This deposit is your session fee and is non-refundable. This covers my time and does not include any images or prints. A collection must be chosen prior to the session and your session fee is included in all collections. Full payment is due three (3) business days before your session. Any payment plans must be arranged with Amy Koina prior to your session. Additional products can be purchased following your session and must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

2. CANCELLATIONS: The client(s) may cancel the photography service at any time and only the deposit shall be retained. In the event of inclement weather or sickness, Amy Koina Photography is happy to offer one photography session reschedule at no additional cost which is to be used within 12 months from the original booking date.

3. COVID-19 POLICY: Amy Koina Photography operates under an approved QLD COVID-19 safe industry plan. If you or any other household members have any sort of respiratory symptoms, please undertake a Rapid Antigen Test for COVID-19 prior to your session. You may reschedule your session to a later date at no additional cost. For studio sessions, routine infection control cleaning is performed between each session.

4. IMAGES: Client proof viewings will be provided immediately following the session in order to shortlist your favourite images for professional editing. All client galleries will be available for 30 days. You may request to have your online gallery extended for a further 30 days however this will incur an additional $20 fee. Amy Koina Photography does not keep copies of unedited files for more than 3 months. After this time, they are removed from the system to allow room for new client galleries. Please ensure you store and backup your images safely. No RAW files (unedited images) will be supplied under any circumstances. Extra digital images can be purchased from your online gallery at an additional $20 each.

5. EDITING: The client(s) accepts that all images will be edited at the photographer's discretion based on the photographer's skill and artistic view. All deliverable images will have standard image editing (for example: skin retouching, lighting and colour adjustments and use of Adobe Photoshop where the photographer sees fit). Any additional editing requested by the client will incur an additional $35 per image if accepted by the photographer.

6. COPYRIGHT: All photographic images shall remain the exclusive property of Amy Koina Photography. The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and may use the work for websites, social media sites, competitions, exhibitions, advertising, samples and self-promotion. The client(s) shall be granted print release for personal usage. Amy Koina Photography accepts no liability for any third party printing services. Digital images supplied to the client(s) are high-resolution jpeg files at 300DPI for best quality printing.
